Tasting notes and Storing

TASTING NOTES

Coppery amber with golden-greenish nuance, brilliant crystalline. 

Aroma . Very characteristic Bouquet, intense, with notes of sweet spices, vanilla, dried fruits, candied apricots and exotic woods.

Mouth . Very rich, medium sweet, balanced but concentrated, smooth, with a very long finish with notes of candied fruit macerated in brandy, spices, resinous woods such as cedar. 

STORING AND SERVING

Stored upright in a dark, fresh and dry room with constant temperature, ideally no higher than 16ºC.

Decanting will help remove any deposit that may have occurred in bottle over time.

Ideal temperature for serving –  16 ºC.
